Cancellation policy:

For cancellations up to 72 hours prior to your charter date and time a full refund will be provided. 50% refund within 48 hours of charter date and time. No refund within 24 hours of charter date and time. No shows will be charged their full amount.

Additional information:

According to the bareboat charter law, the charterer is responsible for the hiring of the captain. We will send a follow up email with a list of USCG approved captains you may reach out to to hire for your charter. Captains set their own hourly rate and is separate from your rental rate. Boat in Chicago can not guarantee a captain will be available for your charter date and time, especially when booking on short notice or on holiday weekends. Please keep that in mind when booking. Reminder, you do not need a captain to rent our pontoons you may drive yourself.
