We cannot predict any issues that may arise while on any of our vessels, we can assure you that all our vessels are well maintained. In some cases that are out of our control such as weather elements we may issue full credit back or towards a future rental, which will be valid up to one year. However you choose to purchase an item there is NO REFUND, no exceptions. A 10% credit card fee is charged to every booking as a deposit. Deposit will be put towards your full purchase. In the rare occasion that your reserved boat becomes unavailable, we will gladly accommodate a similar model or upgrade to next available boat at no additional price.Waiver dislcaimer must be sign before any rental.
